The bar
What has to be true before we ship.
01
It earns its icon
An app takes up a slot on your home screen. It has to be worth more than the space, or it should not exist.
02
It works offline where it can
Grabbo edits on the device. Hue Hunt, Voice Type and Receipts work everything out on the phone and upload nothing. OldFriend counts your steps without a signal. Anything that does not truly need a server should not need one.
03
It says what it does
What it collects, what it costs and what it cannot do are written down before launch — on this site and inside the app.
Questions
Before you download.
Are your apps free?
Grabbo is completely free — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads and no account, with nothing held back. Dynoti, 69 VPN, Hue Hunt, Scrollmeter, Voice Type, Receipts, Backwards and Tunecode are free the same way, with nothing to buy. OldFriend is free to use for what most people need, and OldFriend Pro lifts caps on challenges and races rather than unlocking the basics.
Which platforms do you support?
Android, as direct downloads from this site. Dynoti, Scrollmeter and Receipts are Android-only by nature: iOS does not let an app draw over other apps, measure scrolling elsewhere or read screen time. Every app page states exactly where that app runs.
Do I need an account?
Only where the app genuinely needs one. OldFriend has accounts because it is social — friends, challenges and messages need somewhere to live. Every other app here has no account at all: no sign-up, no email, no profile.
How often are they updated?
Continuously. Everything here is still ours after launch and the person who built an app is the person who fixes it. We would rather ship a smaller thing that keeps working than a bigger thing nobody maintains.
What happens to my data?
We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising. Each app collects the minimum it needs, and our privacy policy has a section per app stating exactly what that is — including every device permission and why it is asked for.
Something you wish existed?
